SHRM Howard County is a group of local HR professionals committed to growing the HR profession and serving the HR professional.

To be the association that provides human resource leadership, professional development and strategic solutions to Howard County businesses and the community for current and emerging workplace trends.

Mission
To be a recognized HR professional society that exists to develop and serve the HR professional, and advance and lead the HR profession. SHRM Howard County provides education, thought leadership, development, community and advocacy to enhance the practice of human resource management and the effectiveness of professionals in the businesses and communities they serve.

As SHRM Howard County is a dual membership chapter, all members must also hold a national SHRM membership.
