About MCSHRM
MCSHRM is an affiliate of SHRM in Montgomery County, MD.
Mission
To serve chapter members and SHRM members while advancing the HR profession through education, advocacy, leadership, and community outreach.
Vision
To be recognized as an award-winning local chapter by both the MDSHRM State Council and SHRM National while advancing the HR profession. MCSHRM seeks to accomplish this by listening to members, delivering professional development to maximize the business impact of membership, utilizing strategy community partnerships for the advancement of Montgomery County, promoting the HR profession on a collegiate level, and advocating the HR profession to elected political representatives.
As MCSHRM is a dual membership chapter, all members must also hold a national SHRM membership.
