- Full-time attorneys in counseling and advising clients on matters relating to the human resource profession
- Retired from a professional career in human resources

Affiliate Membership Individuals who are employed with organizations (vendors) that provide services to human resource departments within organizations, and SHRM members who reside or work in Frederick County (or surrounding area) regardless of their employment status.
